Delivery
Delivery is only available: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Business days). If you have allocated a day for delivery and no one is home to sign for the painting, a card will be left and you can collect the item at your nearest Post Office. If you suspect the painting is damaged, please fill out a complaints form supplied by the courier so that if the item is in fact damaged, via transit then we can hold the courier liable;
PLEASE NOTE: item will not be dispatched until payment is received and cleared. Once payment has cleared, please allow 3 to 5 Business days for stretching and then the following transit times to receive your item(s).

We have done our best to display all paintings and images as accurate as possible with the appropriate colours listed in the product descriptions and photos. However the colours you see will also depend on the monitor and colour settings you have set, so there is no guarantee that the colours listed will be the same as what you receive. The Oil Paintings are handpainted therefore there may be a slight difference between the picture on our site and the actual oil painting you receive. Our artists do their best to replicate the pictures on our site but we can not guarantee the final painting will be exactly the same as the picture in the catalogue.

To return an oil painting for your money back:
- Contact PicPerfect within 7 days of receiving the painting(s)
- Call claims department on (03) 9390 5535 or send us an email to art@picperfect.com.au stating your receipt number of transaction, reason for return, the code of the item(s) you wish to return and some photos of damage or fault.
- Our Customer Service team will advise you of further instructions and return address details
- The returned item(s) are to be received within 14 days
- The item(s) are returned to us in 'as new' condition with all internal and external packaging complete and intact
- The item is securely packed for return postage to ensure that the item and packaging is received back by us in as original condition as possible
- That you DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging
- Your refund will be the amount you paid for the painting or print (less postage and handling).
- The customer will be liable for any freight costs to return the item back to PicPerfect.
- If you received free delivery or a complimentary product then the cost will also be deducted.
