Delivery times are based on business days (Monday-Friday)
If you have allocated a day for delivery and no one is home to sign for the item, a card will be left in your mailbox, stating which Post Office nearest to you is holding your parcel. All you need is identification to collect your painting or canvas print.
If you suspect the packaging and item are damaged upon delivery, please fill out a PM26 form which is a complaints form supplied by the courier. So that, if the item is in fact damaged during transit, we can and will hold the courier liable; Please call claims department on (03) 9390 5535 or email: art@picperfect.com.au immediately, with the details and photos of the damage and we will replace the painting or canvas print. The delivery cost to return the damaged artwork back to PicPerfect will be to our account. The replacement oil painting or canvas print will be delivered back to the customer, also to our account.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ
For quick delivery it is highly recommended that a WORK ADDRESS is selected in checkout. If this cannot be possible then provide a HOME ADDRESS where SOMEONE is available to accept and sign for the parcel between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
