Delivery times are based on business days (Monday-Friday)

If you have allocated a day for delivery and no one is home to sign for the painting, a card will be left in your mailbox, stating which Post Office nearest to you is holding your parcel. All you need is identification to collect your painting.

If you suspect the packaging and painting are damaged upon delivery, please fill out a PM26 form which is a complaints form supplied by the courier. So that if the item is in fact damaged during transit, then we can hold the courier liable; Please call claims dept on (03) 9352 7247 or email art@picperfect.com.au immediately, with the details and we will either refund your money or replace the painting
