Once payment is cleared, it usually takes 1 to 2 days for the perfume to be despatched

Delivery times are based on working days (Monday-Friday)
If you have allocated a day for delivery and no one is home to sign for the perfume, a card will be left in your mailbox, stating which Post Office nearest to you is holding your parcel. All you need is identification to collect your item.
If you suspect the packaging and perfume are damaged upon delivery, please fill out a PM26 form which is a complaints form supplied by the courier. So that if the item is in fact damaged during transit, then we can hold the courier liable; Please email accounts@picperfect.com.au immediately, with the problem and we will either refund your money or replace the perfume.
