Returns Policy
PicPerfect is so confident that you will cherish the oil painting or canvas print purchased from us, our collection is backed by our 7 day Money back Guarantee. This policy only applies if the Oil Painting/Canvas Print is damaged or has a fault with the canvas, frame, oil paint or design. To return an item please call one of our Customer Service Representatives on (03) 9390 5535 or fill out the form below within 7 days after receiving the item...

Please advise us with the description of the problem plus some photos and we will either refund the full amount of the item (Less Delivery) or replace it. You will just have to arrange the return shipping of the painting to PicPerfect. (Cost of paintings return to PicPerfect is to Customers account).
PicPerfect will not refund any return freight costs.
PicPerfect will not refund any surcharges incurred during the transaction. Item is to be returned in same or similar packaging to prevent damage during transit within 14 days. In the case of an exchange, delivery of the new item will be to our account.
If you suspect the packaging and item are damaged upon delivery, please fill out a PM26 form which is a complaints form supplied by the courier. So that if the item is in fact damaged during transit, we can hold the courier liable; Please email art@picperfect.com.au immediately, with the problem along with photographs and we will either refund your money or replace the oil painting and/or canvas print.
What if I change my mind? Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange in this case, so please choose carefully before you make your purchase.
