RETURNS POLICY
PicPerfect Perfume is so confident that you will be satisfied with the perfumes purchased from us. To verify this we offer a replacement or refund guarantee on all perfumes. This policy applies only if the packaging is damaged or the perfume has a fault or not fresh, please email accounts@picperfect.com.au within 7 days with the description of the problem and we will refund the full amount (Delivery charge not included) or replace it. You will just have to arrange the return shipping. Item is to be returned in its box with same or similar outer packaging within 14 days. In the case of an exchange seller will pay for delivery of new item.
If you suspect the packaging and perfume are damaged upon delivery, please fill out a PM26 form which is a complaints form supplied by the courier. So that if the item is in fact damaged during transit, we can hold the courier liable; Please email accounts@picperfect.com.au immediately, with the problem and we will either refund your money or replace the perfume. |
