When does the 7 days start?
The 7 Day period will start from the date that you received the item; this is usually based on the signing of the consignment note from the courier. If a consignment note is not available, we will start the 7 Days from the dispatch date plus 3 to 7 days, depending on where you are located.
How do I make a claim?
Simply send an email to art@picperfect.com.au containing your order details and photographs of damage or fault and we will reply with a confirmation and instructions. Please do not return the item until instructed to do so.
Who pays for the freight?
The customer will be liable for any freight costs to return the item.
Where do I send the Item?
We will advise you where to send it when we confirm your order details.
How do I return the Item?
You must arrange for the item to be returned to us via AusPost – Registered Post, you will be provided with an address. In all circumstances, items should be in their original packaging and be suitably packed and protected from damage during transit.
How much do I get back?
You will be refunded the original purchase price of the item being returned less delivery costs to and from the customer.
When will I get the money?
PicPerfect will refund the money within 24 hours of receiving the item in question. Please note that it may take a couple of days for the bank to clear funds to your account or credit card. We will advise once the refund has been issued.
How will I get the money?
PicPerfect will refund the money to the original account used to purchase the item. No other form of refund (apart from crediting your account) will be issued.
What will PicPerfect not refund?
PicPerfect will not refund any return freight costs
PicPerfect will not refund any surcharges incurred during the transaction.
PicPerfect will not refund an item due to change of mind.
What if I want to exchange?
If the item is damaged or has a fault... No problem just let us know and we will organise for a new painting, or canvas print to to be delivered to you. Return shipping to the customer in this case will be to our account.
What if the wrong one was delivered?
Please contact art@picperfect.com.au with the details and we will replace it with the correct item. The incorrect item will be shipped back to us to our account.
