1. Are all your products genuine?
Definitely 100% guaranteed. At PicPerfect Perfume we never sell anything other than genuine brand name items. Our products are sourced from reputable authorised top tier distributors of the original designers brand.
WATCH OUT FOR PERFUME SITES WHO DO NOT HOLD STOCK
Many perfume web sites in Australia are simply agents, who operate out of a home office and never hold any stock. Some have flashy websites, and look like that are really big companies when in fact they are not. They get your order and hand-ball all your personal details to their overseas contacts, who arrange packing & delivery. The item then slowly makes it way into Australia undergoing all sorts of handling and extremes of temperature. You can be left waiting weeks!
At PicPerfect we check our stock is 100% GENUINE, and if we can't supply immediately we contact you BEFORE ever charging your credit card.
2. WHY IS YOUR PERFUME SO CHEAP?
The reason is because we are mainly importers that sell DIRECT to the public. This cuts out agents and wholesalers. We pay all Australian Customs Duties, GST and other fees. Our customers SAVE lots of money as a result.

5. Can you get a perfume product for me that is not on your site?
Yes, quite possibly. PicPerfect has an extensive global supplier network which ensures our product availability range is very large, so yes, we just might be able to find what you're looking for, even if its been discontinued. If you have ordered an item before but don't see it listed anymore, it is most likely just sold out. We are normally able to replenish stock within a week.

6. Are my details secure?
Yes! Any information collected on this site is kept strictly confidential and is not sold, rented, or loaned to any other third parties. Picperfect collects certain information to make shopping at our site fast and efficient. We respect your privacy, and we assure you that we will maintain and use this information responsibly.
NOTE: Actual credit card numbers are transmitted via the PAYPAL website which makes it 100% iimpossible for unauthorized use of your number.
7. Can I pay with my credit card by phone?
Yes you can. Simply call us on (03) 9352 7247 one of our staff members will be glad to complete the order.
8. Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Sorry NO. Due to our new storage and logistical arrangments, we no longer offer this service.
9. How will I know when my order has been sent?
After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you. Orders are normally despatched from our warehouse within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
10. What does EDT and EDP mean?
These terms all refer to the strength of the fragrance, or more specifically the ratios of water and alcohol that has been added to the fragrance oils.
EDP = Eau de Parfum: Lasts 4 to 8 hours. 8% - 15% perfume oil.
EDT = Eau de Toilette: Lasts 3 to 6 hours. 4% - 10% perfume oil.
EDC = Eau de Cologne: Lasts up to 3 hours. 2% - 5% perfume oil.
A/S = After Shave: Lasts 2 to 3 hours. 3% or less perfume oil.
